Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chrome Extension Developer to lead the development of a sophisticated automation extension for government portal interactions. This is a high-impact project requiring expertise in web automation, browser extension architecture, and team leadership capabilities. You'll be developing an advanced Chrome extension for booking automation that includes multi-account management, real-time booking monitoring, CAPTCHA solving, human behavior simulation, and comprehensive analytics dashboard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a 2-person development team and provide technical guidance
  • Design and implement Chrome Extension architecture using Manifest v3
  • Build complex web automation scripts with anti-detection measures
  • Integrate with Firebase, multiple CAPTCHA APIs, and notification services
  • Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices through reviews
  • Interface directly with clients for technical discussions and updates
  • Optimize performance to ensure sub-second response times and 95%+ success rates
  • Implement human-like clicking patterns with randomized delays
  • Manage multiple user sessions without detection
  • Build robust error handling and retry mechanisms

Requirements

  • 5+ years Chrome Extension development experience with proven portfolio
  • Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript (ES2020+, async/await, WebAssembly)
  • Chrome APIs mastery: Manifest v3, Content Scripts, Background Scripts, Storage API
  • Web Automation expertise: DOM manipulation, event simulation, anti-detection techniques
  • React.js proficiency: Modern React (18+), Hooks, Context API, TypeScript integration
  • Firebase experience: Firestore, Cloud Functions, Real-time Database, Authentication
  • API Integration: REST APIs, WebSocket connections, third-party service integration
  • Government portal automation or similar time-critical booking systems (preferred)
  • CAPTCHA solving integration (2Captcha, Anti-Captcha, DeathByCaptcha) (preferred)
  • Chrome Web Store publishing and extension lifecycle management (preferred)
